Cinnamon Ridge is midway between Warrenton & Washington (VA) in the beautiful rolling
Rappahannock countryside. The county is lauded for its discouragement toward developers.
It has a "no build rule" along the mountain ridges to retain their unspoiled beauty.
Artists and organic gardeners mingle with sophisticated couples whose careers
were as government leaders from several countries.

There is a rough-in for a bath in the walk-out basement if one needs a family room or
4th bedroom built. A charming sitting room/office upstairs has a half-wall overlooking a two story
foyer & could transform into a sunny play area for children.

sheds. An isolation stall & paddock currently houses a stallion. The stable has four rubber-matted box
